No Place Like One Loudoun

There’s no place like One Loudoun.  Ok, so that may not be entirely true, but this trendy community has brought the big city buzz back to life in Loudoun County.  Years ago, there was talk of metro stations, commuter lots, restaurants, bars, high rises, trendy shops, medical offices, movie theaters, and parks.  In what seems like a few short minutes, One Loudoun has sprung up off of Route 7 with a vengeance.

Places like Top Golf have popped up to woo the golfers in the area and restaurants like, Uncle Julios, have moved in alongside other foodie hot spots.  Providing options galore has been the focus of the once barren farmland to lure in families and trendy single professionals.

Residents can enjoy a movie at the Alamo, which is restaurant-style movie theater.  On hot summer days in One Loudoun, you can observe moms with their children playing in the water spouts which can provide hours of free water play.  Once the lights go down, daters can sit on the benches and enjoy a live concert in the courtyard.

If you’re interested in purchasing a home, you have options from condos to neo-traditional style single family homes. There is an elementary school within walking distance right in the neighborhood.  Businesses have tons of office space options that put them right in the center of potential consumers.

You can enjoy fresh fruits and veggies from the farmer’s market that is available every weekend from April until October.

No matter what you’re looking for, One Loudoun has a lot to offer.  The best thing is that once you move in, there will certainly be no place like home.
