Katie was born and raised in Guttenberg, Iowa, a small town located on the banks of the Mississippi River. In 2007, after graduating from the University of Iowa, she moved to Prince William County, Virginia, where she became a police officer for 8 years. Katie currently lives with her husband and three children in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Outside of work, Katie and her family enjoy watching movies, swimming at home and boating at Lake Anna, Virginia. Katie’s career as a cop gave her a sense of familiarity with the homes and communities in Prince William County and Fredericksburg, Virginia. Katie’s social media skills and attention to detail gives her the ability to find the perfect home for you, as well as know all of the ins and outs of the community you want to live in.
